BetWinner Pakistan Terms and Conditions — Full Player Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BetWinner Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and BetWinner ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the BetWinner platform at betwinner-jit.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of BetWinner after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We encourage you to review this page regularly so you are always aware of the current rules that apply to your account.

These Terms apply to all services offered through BetWinner, including but not limited to sports betting (PSL, cricket, football), live casino games (Teen Patti, Roulette), casino slots, crash games (Aviator), fishing games, and any promotional offers, bonuses, or competitions hosted on the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a BetWinner account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. BetWinner strictly prohibits underage gambling and will terminate any account found to belong to a player under 18 years old. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.
• You are a real, individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register player accounts.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, it is your sole responsibility to verify your legal standing before using BetWinner.
• You are not a current or former employee of BetWinner, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been excluded from BetWinner or had a BetWinner account permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one BetWinner account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification processes. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your BetWinner login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BetWinner will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility, and BetWinner accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

BetWinner performs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and screenshots of your payment method to confirm ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until compliance is achieved.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits and transactions on BetWinner are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. BetWinner currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits credited instantly
• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits credited instantly
• NayaPay — digital wallet deposits
• SadaPay — digital wallet deposits
• Bank IBFT — interbank transfer to BetWinner's designated account
• Visa / Mastercard — debit/credit card deposits where supported

BetWinner does not charge any fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to verify these with your provider before depositing.

BetWinner does not accept third-party payments. The payment method used for deposits must belong to you personally, as confirmed during KYC verification. Deposits made from payment accounts that do not match your BetWinner account name may be reversed and the funds returned, with the transaction costs borne by the sender.

5. Withdrawals

BetWinner is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you contact support to arrange an alternative method with appropriate documentation.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: typically within 5–30 minutes of approval
• NayaPay / SadaPay: typically within 30–60 minutes of approval
• Bank IBFT: typically within 1–4 hours depending on interbank processing
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on card issuer

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security reviews. BetWinner reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement, not a punitive measure.

Withdrawals may not be processed if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement on your account, if your account has been flagged for investigation, or if your KYC verification is incomplete. In these cases, our support team will contact you with details of what is required to proceed.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

BetWinner offers welcome bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet credits, and seasonal offers to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms stated in the specific promotion details:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for any given bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Standard welcome bonus wagering is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Casino slots contribute 100%. Live casino games (Teen Patti, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Fishing games contribute 50%. The exact contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified period (typically 7–30 days depending on the offer) will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold multiple active bonus offers simultaneously unless the promotion terms expressly permit it.
• Abuse: BetWinner reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void related winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically exploiting low-risk betting patterns to clear bonus requirements, or any coordinated group activity designed to extract bonus value.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on BetWinner are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of any bet before confirming it. BetWinner does not accept requests to cancel bets after they have been placed and accepted, except in cases where a manifest error has occurred (see below).

Manifest Errors: If a bet is accepted due to a clear pricing or technical error — such as grossly incorrect odds that are obviously out of line with fair market value — BetWinner reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. Examples include odds displayed as 1,000/1 for a heavy favourite due to a data feed error. We will notify affected players of any voids within 48 hours.

Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results as reported by recognised governing bodies (PCB for PSL, ICC for international cricket, etc.). Any subsequent changes to official results after initial settlement will be reflected in the final settled outcome on BetWinner.

Casino & RNG Games: All BetWinner casino games, including slots, fishing games, and crash games, use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are statistically fair and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform. The house edge for each game category is disclosed in the game information panel.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game being played (Teen Patti rules, Roulette rules, etc.) as stated in the game interface. The dealer's decision is final in all matters relating to the conduct of a live dealer hand.

8. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

BetWinner is intended for legitimate personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
• Match fixing, betting on events where you have insider knowledge of the outcome, or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or using BetWinner for any financial crime or transaction that violates applicable law
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to access BetWinner's systems beyond your normal account access
• Impersonating BetWinner staff, creating fake BetWinner accounts on social media, or fraudulently representing yourself as affiliated with BetWinner
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials or chargeback fraud

BetWinner employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected financial crime. Any funds connected to prohibited conduct will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

BetWinner reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 years of age
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach on your part, your verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus obligations.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting BetWinner support at support@betwinner-jit.net. Voluntary closures are processed within 48 hours, and any verified real-money balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method.

10. Responsible Gaming

BetWinner takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide tools that allow players to exercise control over their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account pause from 24 hours to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion.

You can access responsible gaming settings directly from your account settings panel after logging in. Changes to deposit limits take effect immediately when you choose to reduce them, and within 24 hours when you choose to increase them — this delay is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions during active play sessions.

BetWinner will not knowingly allow individuals who have self-excluded to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. If you have self-excluded and discover a way to circumvent this restriction, you are obligated to inform BetWinner immediately and to refrain from gambling. Winnings generated by a self-excluded player who has breached their exclusion may be forfeited.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

BetWinner provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetWinner shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, platform downtime, or Internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control
• Losses arising from a player's own betting decisions or gaming activity
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Any content, promotions, or claims made by third parties not directly affiliated with BetWinner

BetWinner's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

BetWinner collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

We use your personal information to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, communicate with you about your account and promotions, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the BetWinner platform.

BetWinner will not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform lawfully. All data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption.

13. Amendments to These Terms

BetWinner reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account and will display a prominent notice on the BetWinner homepage for a minimum of 14 days following the update.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If you continue to use BetWinner after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may close your account as described in Section 9.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to BetWinner's operating licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the BetWinner platform, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@betwinner-jit.net to seek an informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body designated by BetWinner's licensing authority. Players retain the right to seek redress through applicable consumer protection frameworks in their jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights in a way that is not permitted under applicable consumer protection legislation.
